Personal Data Protection Policy


While protecting personal data, we act in accordance with provisions of law of the Czech Republic and with applicable regulations of the European Union, in particular with the Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing, Act No. 480/2004 Coll. and with the Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). 

Below, we will describe how and why do we collect and process your personal data and who the possible processors may be. This information is important and hence, we hope that you will take your time and read it carefully.

Who is the controller of your data?

You grant your consent to Petr Zachariáš, ID No. 743 13 673, registered office V Holešovičkách 1580/26, 180 00, Praha 8 – Libeň, Czech Republic, registered in the Trade Register of the Czech Republic, to control and process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR provisions as detailed below.
In accordance with the GDPR provisions, the data controller does not employ a Data Protection Officer.

When is it not necessary to give consent to personal data processing?

Without your consent, we are only allowed to collect data for the following purposes:

  • Performance of a contract, the subject of which is providing a service or of a product
  • Compliance with legal obligations resulting from general binding legal regulations.

What is the purpose of processing your data and how long can we store them?

The data may be used for commercial and marketing purposes, i.e. for creating a database of the website users and for offering them goods or services as long as there is a legal basis for such data processing and usage. In other words, we collect your personal data to allow you to use our website and to inform you about news. Read below what are the purposes of processing your data entered on individual pages.

Product order – The personal data entered while ordering a product or services can be processed even without your consent for the purposes of performing the contract, i.e. to supply you with the goods or provide you with the services you ordered. We can also process those data to meet our legal obligations (such as record keeping, archiving invoices, etc.) and to ensure protection of our legal claims.

Registration - The personal data are processed with your consent to allow us to grant you access to the user account you set up on our website as well as for its administration and management. Having a user account facilitates your purchase and the use of our services and makes it possible for us to offer you loyalty programme discounts. We keep your data for a maximum of 10 years or until you withdraw your consent.

Filling in a form or request for quotation – Personal data provided to us via forms are only used for responding to your queries or requests for quotation. Your personal data will not be further processed or passed on to third parties.

Newsletter subscription – We process your personal data to facilitate sending you newsletters and commercial communications including offers of our services and products as a part of direct marketing activities. The subscription can be withdrawn at any time using the link “Unsubscribe” or a similar one present in the footer of every commercial communication. 

Posting a comment/feedback – The personal data are only used for the purposes of the identification of the author of the comment/feedback and to allow us to reply. The data will be only used for the technical purposes to allow the above. We store your details for a maximum of 10 years or until you withdraw your consent.

Identification and address data can be used in accordance with the rules governing so-called justified interest for creating internal statistics. Anonymized outputs from such statistics can be used for further improvements of our services including the analysis of the user behaviour and marketing.

Personal data acquired using cookies are processed on the basis of your consent (that can be granted by you via your confirmation in the web interface after you have been notified of the use of cookies and had an opportunity to read this document). We are also authorized to process your data acquired through cookies if you keep using our website after being notified about their use. The personal data acquired through cookies are used for user support or for improving our services including analysis of customer behaviour and marketing.

All personal data provided by you for the above purposes are provided to us on a voluntary basis and the consent and agreement with the above is given to us using active interaction (ticking a box signifying agreement with the data processing). The period of the data storage – we do not keep your data for longer than ten years.

How is my personal data protected?

We are striving to protect all personal data we process to a maximum degree against disclosure or theft. For this reason, we limit the manipulation with the data, their copying, transfer or access to them to a necessary minimum, i.e., for activities that you granted us consent for or where we have lawful obligations to do so.

Our website is using HTTPS protocol (valid SSL certificate) for encrypted connection between the website and the user, which minimizes the chance of personal data theft during data transfer (registration, login, sending forms, etc.). The website is hosted on safe servers of Fortion Networks, s.r.o. IČ: 26397994, headquarters in Božkovská 307/9, Plzeň, 326 00, registered at the Regional Court in Plzeň under the reference C 17708.

Who has access to your personal data?

The processing of the personal data is performed by the Controller, the data can however also be processed for the Controller by the following Processors:

  • Software provider ANT studio s.r.o., IČ: 29113229, headquartered Slovanská alej 2182/30, 326 00 Plzeň, registered at the registration court in Plzeň, Section B, File No. 25698.

Where necessary, we can authorize other processors or parties (such as transport companies or other parties participating in contract performance and meeting our contractual obligations) in the limited extent necessary for the contract performance.

We do not forward your personal data to any other third party. Personal data and any other acquired data is fully secured against abuse. The personal data will be processed automatically in the electronic form or non-automatically in the printed form. Your personal data will not be passed on parties outside the European Union.

What are your rights related to your personal data protection?

  • To request information on which of your personal data we process
  • To request explanation regarding personal data processing
  • To request access to your personal data to update or correct them.
  • To request us to limit the processing of your personal data or to delete them
  • To request transfer of your data
  • To be informed in some cases about a breach in security of your personal data

Where your data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, you are entitled to object to such processing. If this is the case, the objections shall be raised and sent directly to our contact email address.

You can at any time file a complaint related to processing your personal data or failure in our controller obligations resulting from GDPR to our supervisory body. In the Czech Republic, the supervisory body is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.

In accordance with the provisions of the Article 89 of the Electronic Communications Act (Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications and on Amendment to Certain Related Acts), we hereby inform you that our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that may be used by websites to make the user experience more effective. The Act specifies that we can store cookies on your computer as long as it is necessary for operating the website; for all other types of cookies, we need your consent. This website uses various types of cookies.

What types of cookies there are?

In general, Cookies, or temporary files stored in the computer, can be divided into two categories. One type that is stored only short-term on the website or in an e-shop serves to facilitate the usage of the website (e.g. “remembering” the goods you put into the virtual basket or the last viewed products, closing a pop-up window, etc.). Such cookies allow to keep the information when browsing from page to page and thus, they prevent you from having to enter the same data over and over again.
The other type of cookies is stored for a longer period (e.g. several weeks or months). They help in identification of your computer when you return to our website (although they do not allow us to identify you as a person).
